We provide you with the professional support needed for your practical degree work which at HDW can generally be undertaken in all fields. You either come to us with a firm subject or select one from our operating departments. For practical degree work at HDW you should satisfy the following requirements:

• Reading either shipbuilding, marine engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering
• Rapid progress in one’s discipline, with good grades
• Good English and computer knowledge
• Good German knowledge
• Ability to work on one’s own and with real commitment
• Ability to work in a team
• Analytical skills
